Recently the council passed regulations that were STR unfriendly.  

This is the plan that will be submitted to City Council for approval and permitting.Mike I took your advice and made all the interior spots pull throughs on Phase II.

@Samuel Pavlovcik Maybe you have some feedback here on the progress in city council? 

Eventually the city council will write a legal law, and enforcement will commence. 

I am going to contact my city council and lobby for sewer to be installed (I realize this is a LONG process) but I also was curious of alternatives to sewer.

Also I am in Seattle so things are worse... due to City Council that extended the eviction moratorium.

The city rescinded the anti STR regulation before it went into affect.Recently (in the last 60 days), the city council voted to limit the number of STRs.  

For example, the Baltimore City Council is trying to pass a bill to raise taxes and essentially apply a 9.5% "Hotel Tax" for Air Bnb hosts.

Mayor and zoning inspector will get back to me on more information after Sunday council meeting about permits.
