Sophisticated value adds can have cost versus value add in different league than rehabs.

So we would greatly appreciate any recommendations on attorneys, title agents, accounts, etc....We are currently located in Brooklyn, NY but we are looking to relocate in the next 24 months as we are noticing complexes are going up on every little ounce of land where modest single family homes once stood.As newbies we can't play in this big boy league so it's time to get the hell out of Dodge!
