I am a wholesaler in the greater Sacramento, CA Market and I'm finding it difficult to locate deals for wholesale.  

Many investors from California, are choosing to invest in the midwest because of the yearly returns making more sense in these lower priced markets.

You live in CA so r in a tough spot fOR AP.

This is in sharp contrast to our properties near Santa Cruz, California, where we spend most of our time and energy.Californian's are known to be laid back and soft compared to east-coasters. 

Seems that you would need an additional living space like a TV-free "living room" (something I had in the midwest growing up, but aint nobody got space or $$$ for that in California) or a finished basement (another non-existent luxury where I live) if you want an additional living space to spread people out. 

The location would be Northern California within 100 miles of Bay Area?

Standard construction issues caused their project to push out a few months and California real estate being as strong as it is, my house sold in a minute.

I'm moving home to California (San Luis Obispo) and want to see if it can be done.

I talked with a developer in Santa Monica, CA and they said it takes 2 years for anything to get done.
