I've been browsing upstate NY markets, specifically Rochester and Buffalo, for my first investment.

Browsing through the MLS, I saw this property listed as a foreclosure, with the key word, commercial.

There is always something you can do; network, browse BP, be active on forums, read, etc. 

In the meantime, go to Forums (bottom left gives you options for Forums, Alerts, Inbox, Blog, More)Along the top it gives the options for Newest, Trending, Browse, Following, etc.)

I have recently seen some "price cuts" when browsing Redfin in my residential area here in the far East Bay Area but most of those seem to be minor cuts to gain some additional traction to a price that was probably unrealistic in the first place.

I’ve been browsing BP for a couple of weeks now, have read the BP Beginners guide to Real Estate Investing, and am loving the educational phase of my journey.

I have browsed this website for a while now and finally decided it's time to jump in and network and get involved.My family has been involved in Real Estate for somewhere around 80+ years.
