Hello everyone. I'm a rookie investor. Actually, I wouldn't even consider myself a rookie yet! This is my first action taken in the direction of real estate investing. I spent most of my working life as a chef. After 25+ years I had enough and became an Independent Contractor for FedEx Ground. That turned out to be a very unrewarding venture. My wife and I sold the business, came back home to Tampa Bay and have basiclly started over. Like millions of others I haven often wondered about real estate investing....I guess now would be the time to stop wondering and get to learning. I look forward to the process and can't wait to some how, some way make that first deal!!
