Does anyone have a ball park guesstimate of what it would cost to have the current MH demolished and removed from the lot?

If it wasn't on the MLS and you had a motivated seller, then you could possibly play ball butt I would walk away from this.

ball park estimate. if comps run on a house at 250k in a neighbhorhood, and every other house is worth 250k as well. what does it cost to demolish and rebuild that same house?

Can anyone give ball park figures on what you pay for staging?  

hey bigger pockets members...i see the chat is down for maintanence...but i wanted to go ahead and make a post that im an aspiring wholesaler in western PA and looking for some help getting the ball rollin for myself in this field legally and without as much issues as possible lol.

Most people don't have the balls or intelligence to throw themselves out there and be a full-time wholesaler. 

You would need appraisal and/or inspection to make educated offer, 15K sounds too high with tax lien, the next thing you know there is 1K water bill, or some other problem :), these type of houses I would make low-ball offers.

However, once we really get the ball rolling they should be coming in much more frequently (I hope).Do you "live the dream" and travel/vacation year round, do you focus on building your empire to ever greater heights, or do you pursue some other passion?

This should have been addressed prior to funding as you and your agent both dropped the ball.

Call House Buyers like HomeVestors.com -  They may low ball the heck out of you, give you a really low offer that will almost make you mad, but in the CA market they might come back with something bordering reasonable.
