Most folks never will...I'm actively pursuing deals in Augusta as well, specifically mid-term rentals.

(I have a few $25k investors in multiple deals).ESPECIALLY since you're all accredited, then you're not 'taking one of the precious 35 non-accredited slots' so the minimum investment amount is even more flexible in your case.As long as the sponsors have a good back end, its really not that much more work to bring on someone at a lower minimum.Hope that perspective helps!

If you haven't already, you should connect with a commercial insurance broker as they will have options for you.One of my team member is in Augusta and knows the STR market well.

Nothing says "successful" more than adorning your person with the rarest minks/animal skins, gemstones, and precious metals, driving without regard for "the poor people" (i.e., anyone earning less than 7 figures) in your vehicle (late-model European import only), and spending time with your mistresses at your vacation homes (yes, plural...both).Actually, it's because time is the only thing that matters to me.  

Just the right owner could and might try, to "go to town" on you for "hurting" their precious pet.
