If you have time to pound the phones or have a good email nurturing sequence in place, you can have success squeezing good opportunities out of the larger volume of leads. 

I have 4 dogs ranging from 10 pounds to 50 pounds and a cat in my 1200 sq ft house.

Water pressure is approximately 60 pounds per square inch (psi) which is satisfactory (normal range is 55-75 pounds per square inch).

You can be nice and pay for half or you can tell the buyer to pound sand in a polite manner.

That is like asking should I pick a girl to marry that weighs 150 pounds or 350 pounds ?

Going to sit with the realtor to pound the number's, but, cant see them coming in at less then 4k a month positive cash flow.

Or am I being penny wise and pound foolish?  

People get caught up in the moment and sadly, that dog is probably going to wind up in the pound in the next couple months anyway, whether you do anything about it or not. 

If the wholesaler is new, never has completed a deal and the buyer being asked for a POF realizes this through one source or another (perhaps just by speaking with said wholesaler, they pick up those clues or perhaps they straight out ask), it is quite possible that buyer will tell them to pound sand.
