Look for these types of cities in the price range you seek (Imperial Beach and Chula Vista are not that price range).  6) an area that transport situation has improved such as having a new or improved freeway leading to large metro area that used to take 1 to 1.5 hours to get to but now will take half as long.Good luck

Some people would probably suggest you sell the car and get out of it, but there's a loss involved in doing so, having a car you like can be a good qualty-of-life issue, and reliable transport is important, esp since you now drive for a living. so maybe it is what it is.

So they are asking for transportation cost as well.We think as landlord we need to stay away from this and have the tenant and handyman settle this.
