They are heavy in Memphis more than the other markets they have listed on their website (Birmingham is getting more traction).

I have found connecting with community outreaches, VA, and other agencies in the area that work with section 8 vouchers has allowed us to gain traction on applicants with vouchers.

Otherwise, builders who build 100s or 1000s of homes per year (and work really hard to save $100 on any one trade) would start building with them.I'm sure many similar arguments can be made for any revulutionary product (electric cars) but SIPs and ICFs have been around for decades without gaining any traction.

I am looking for up and coming counties that are seeing or potentially going to see a lot of traction in the coming months/years.

We knew that the STR would take some time to gain traction and can see the YOY growth after 2 years.
