From all the reviews I've read, it seems people are trying to lay this stuff over unlevel floors.you can't lay this over ceramic tile if there's lippage. it appears no one uses self leveling underlayment before plank install either.Has anyone here actually properly installed plank over a perfectly level floor... and still had issues?

It's also important to know that most HOAs do not allow balconies to be painted, tiled, covered in order to keep a uniformed appearance. 

You will pretty quickly see the patterns develop.

The basement also needed a lot of work with a new sump pump and drain tile.

Inside included basement work (sump pump and drain tiles), new kitchen flooring, cabinets, fixtures and countertops, new bathroom fixtures and flooring, new windows, paint, doors and so much more!

So now there's a large hole in the wall surrounded by more tile.

They get kicked and beat up and almost always have to be replaced between tenants.The kitchen and bath are tiled hoping they hold up better then the LVP and shows a bit better higher perceived value, or at least that was the logic.

Investors don't paint every wall, lay every tile, or hammer all the nails.

I just discovered I can't live with green, white, and black mismatched tiles all in the entryway.
