Boeing, Damlier/Chrysler, Volvo all have built manufacturing plants here and following on their heels we have Costco building a second store, Lowes and HD both building more stores, Lowes Foods and Aldi's entering the market even as Harris Teeter and Publix continue to expand, Whole Foods/Amazon, etc, etc...

If you have limited capital, start driving your farm area and look for tall grass, snow in driveway, tarps in roofs, old cars/ boats in yard, overgrown plants.

Another option is to top the opening with a piece of granite and add a few plants to the opening or fill in the opening with something like the picture below.
