Without diving into it too much and diverging from the exactness of this thread, suffice it to say I will keep plenty of reserves on hand for every property I buy.  

Great for a single person with a lot of free and clear assets that you want to keep safe or safer from highly leveraged assets inside the LLC.If you don't have that need for separated assets, a simple joint venture document should suffice between two partners.  

My wife and I purchased our first rental in August of last year, and suffice it to say this has been quite the learning experience with many newbie investor mistakes made along the way.

Will this suffice?

(Wholesaler, as an example) should suffice.

Suffice it to say, paper has much less advantages than does real property.

Sure the 50 gallon will suffice for today with the current tenants in place but they aren't going to be here forever. 

In the mean time, books (that you mentioned on another post) will have to suffice!    

If you can't handle it yourself, perhaps bringing along more horsepower would suffice.

Nothing less than absolutely professional will suffice.
