I am dealing with college students.

As we celebrated the birth of our first born, and I worked from home, the walls closed in – so we went in search of a larger home and decided to rent it (we got just enough to cover the mortgage, but the taxes went up and before long, the difference was $100+/-month) …..and we took the first tenants who showed interest with $ in hand….which, unfortunately, were college students (The largest school in the nation , UCF, is 10 min away).

For instance, my renter was annoyed by the renters of the condo next store, college students, who partied to the early hours nearly daily.

So if your car payment, student loans, credit cards, current mortgage all add up to $500 (wouldn't that be nice!)

Listed on the application is $2000 from work and $5,540 from Grad Student Financial Aid. 

While listening to Ken McElroy's Bigger Pockets podcast, he mentioned the "A-student" who wants to know everything before diving into something. 

Currently I teach a military course in which students consistently come through 300 days out of the year.

The enrollment has probably gone up ~50% in the last 20 years.Some schools are limiting the amount of students and are making it harder to get in.

Continually rising student debt perhaps?
