Good old spell check

But what I will do on this post is I will tell you in general what paperwork to use.Three stagesThe first stages when you create a legal relationship with the seller, so you enter into a letter of intent to lease or purchase,  and this spells out what will happen, that you as a investor and not as an agent will lease and option the owners’ property and you will sell your agreement to a buyer for a fee, and how much this fee is.  

Please do NOT ever pay these guys up front ever @Jimmy ChinMake sure you have all contractors sign lien wavers and all else spelling out their work find another contractor Good luck

I also have my own contracts that spell everything out in plain English so there's usually no confusion.

But will they get the spelling wrong when searching on google?

FYI: I am not seeing the word Florida isn't spelled out in the post, so many probably aren't getting notified of your post.

I have been watching this threas but have not had the time to spell out what you did.

The last poster is correct though, these deals are the wild west.It's not uncommon for partnership and JV agreements to spell out exactly what each party is expected to do.
