I am gathering information on title companies in Portland, Oregon; I am wanting to know which ones are able to handle assignment closings or double/simultaneous closings for wholesale..

Wayne, you could not have said that any better :-)I think the fact that it is sold by the gurus as something that's easy, can be done with no money and little effort, and simultaneously as your regular job attracts a lot of garbage.

I'm active in the Fort Lauderdale market, and I work with @Karlyn Olson  and Sun National Title all the time, they are excellent and understand all the typical investor transactions - simultaneous close, transactional funding, etc, so I highly recommend them!
