Hi , Im new as in I have never done a deal but I have been studying so I know a lot and still learning . im located in Brooklyn but I want to invest in Fort Lauderdale Florida . My sister is a real estate agent out there and I was proposing to work with her. I wanted to know any advice someone can give me for working long distance
