These houses are coming on the market at what I consider good prices, no deep discounts.Prices are still going up in a few areas but for the most part, people are starting to shave something off of the asking price or paying closing costs.

Maybe not clogged toilets or leaking faucets (you'd hope), but shortly after we rented a storage unit for our business, I needed them to shave the bottom of the door because it was binding on the floor.

but then again the cream does rise to the top.. there are always going to be those that preserver and can make a go of it.. and 9 out 10 well they fail..
