I doubt there would be something claiming that you are "certified" in landlord-tenant law, but from my experience, the Legal Aid does training sessions on landlord-tenant law, fair housing, etc.

that will work too and nothing compared to the interactive session offered by a good guru where u can post your Questions and get immediate answers.

So I'm getting a little 'mindset' lesson every time I talk to new people.During his Q&A session at our meetup, Engelo gave a great talk about the importance of TRUST when it comes to investing.

I have gone to these type of guru sessions before only to find out that the required upfront cost is way more than I can handle at the time.  

I am not a tax professional so please seek further advice on this topic.There will be a 50 min session specifically on "how to invest locally", where several local investors will talk about how they are killing it in this hot market.
