In a new property we purchased the refrigerator door opens and hits a nearby door lever.  

There's some unique problems we ran into: batteries dying on a keypad mid-stay, refrigerator shutting itself down because the freezer wasn't opened for over a month, when do you switch out air filter for the HVAC?

I find refrigerators and stoves that have been dropped and crumpled the back hidden corners frequently.

Some examples are a slow drip from a shower, a closet door that lost some trim, a refrigerator where the gasket is peeling off a bit and could be glued back on, blinds where the rotation stick came off (but could still be opened and closed), etc.I normally fix requests, but it's usually at least $150 to get someone out to fix them.

What else has the warranty paid for a new garage door, a new wine refrigerator (most will pay for 3 refrigerators in a house), a new induction cooktop ($1500), two microwaves and several dishwashers. 

And I felt just like you, that it was not needed - just like a refrigerator. 

The insulated black lines going into the top of it are the refrigerant lines from the air conditioner unit. 

Do you use refrigerated containers. 

For items like who owns the refrigerator, we missed a great acquisition.

Thinking about purchasing a property with cat urine around the refrigerator but the smell travels over other parts of the house.
