It is always refreshing to hear about good tenant situations in Ontario.The reality is that only about 10% of tenants are bad.

Hey, Warren, Lots of good tips here, basically calling for Refreshing the House/ Listing and Presenting it again.I know it's been Hot in So Cal lately, but having the water on alone the past couple months should have helped the lawn.As most said,  do the repairs, light staging won't hurt and give your house some pop to it.
