Of course if you making so much money that your other income exceeds the current maximun social security limit it won't matter but I expect president shuck and jive will get those limits increased again and not by a token amount.

Calif is tough.I would call S Cal REIA president that ask for an attorney that has done deals in lease options, flips, sub2. title holding trusts in CA, contraxts for sale (as in cfds), AITDs, etc.And ask for a title co and a CPA that owns rentals.Pasadena is a conservative town, I would look outside that area.Will Barnard is a very sharp REI.
