There doesn't seem to be anything on the horizon that would stop that growth but of course, "predictions are hard, especially about the future". :-) Rents are very high right now and in most cases a mortgage is considerably less per month.I and my clients are buying in a growing area of Charleston right now and we have faith in it for at least another 3 years.
