before using any money that you planing to save for something ask your self if you really reedit or you just want it.insure the rest you know your selfgood luck !

Also, even if you are planing on managing yourself, you always want to account for it in your calculations in case something happens in which you cannot manage it.

Have a quick 4 day trip planed 3/10-3/14.

First of all, I'm not quite sure what you meant by that.. but if part of the concrete foundation has cracked and rotated in-plane to the basemat, that's a red flag for me.
