A normal tenant in a SFH I wouldn't think twice about denying.There sure aren't many inquiries.There's this person, a handful of people that want to move February 1 (I'm looking for January 1), or smokers (non-smoking property).Would you allow a roommate/tenant with a pet (dog) instead of this weekly payer?
