I’m super eager to start and have a vision for mobile homes, any advice would be great and would send me in the right direction of taking action.

Hi everyone, I've been on BP for some time now, continuously learning and turning my vision into a reality with all your help; I have a few properties in the Milwaukee area and wanted to create a post with the intent of building up my network. 

I am partnering with a childhood friend who has the same vision as I do, he has great credit and worked for the most part besides since the covid hit, and we both have about 10k to invest.

In an effort to increase my income after realizing I wasn't going to be making decent wages for financial independence at my low paying hourly government job, I made a vision board / specific life plan with my fiancee and then an opportunity came and I left WA and am now in Denver on a 1099 as a solar panel sales rep.

Keep the fire lit and keep your vision!

Real estate is a great option - it's important to have a long term vision and solid goals to work from.
