The secondary objection was the perception that RV parks attract a lower class of tenant, so there was a lot of resistance from the surrounding community.

He is one of the few people I know who has designed his daily life to meet his personal, spiritual, family and financial goals and needs, so for that I applaud him and am amazed.Lastly, my perception is that many people who promote a new product or service or book - could make more money doing deals.

Although I don't like a tenant getting the perception that they are in-charge to the extent of demanding a new appliance for an absurd reason, it could be a good opportunity to get her to pay a portion of what you'll have to buy anyway.

I didn't have to worry about being passed over for promotions and such because of my REI and the perception that I didn't need the money.  

But I realize the downside of major illness is loss of assets and/or bankruptcy.I realized when I brought immigration into this it was a whole other can of worms, but what bothers me is the perception of those who consume without contributing.
