Recently started listening to the discussions on the BiggerPockets podcast.While I value the knowledge gained from these sources, I'm eager to expand my understanding further.

I would start listening to podcasts anytime you are in the car/walking/etc to learn up on any specific aspect of real estate.

I've tried to learn QuickBooks numerous times and it never got better or easier over the many years it's been around. 

After reading, listening, watching everything I could on BP, we pulled the pin and closed on my first SFH.

I remember listening to a BP Rookie epsiode that sounds like it would help you! 

Today I listened to a podcast where the guest speaker spoke upon his real estate journey and how he acquired a multi family unit property with little to 0% down in the Chicago area through a program called NACA. 

I listened to a lot of people to acquire more doors and "cash flow."
