What this effectively would tell me and the argument I would want my attorney to make is that you did this purely to establish a higher degree of anonymity from you tenant, but never actually had the intentions of running a separate business entity.

I am currently focusing the majority of my efforts in the Bristol, Norforlk, and Plymouth Counties of MA.I am searching for cash buying investors that are looking to obtain SFR properties and small multi-units (duplex/triplex/quad) properties that are all in different varying degrees of distress, perhaps even a tear down situation if the location and numbers were correct.
