HelloI'm looking to advertise a property and am wondering if people think Apartments.com has worked out its glitches since their acquisition of Cozy earlier this year.I've noticed some pretty unhappy reviews on BP, but I also realize that there are often issues when migrating services (and data) between companies.Have they sorted things out?

The values of the real estate have jumped up quite a bit and rents have not caught up, making it an appreciation play more so than pure cash flow play.If you’re looking at “Raleigh area” and not just Raleigh, look into some of the towns nearby where migration keeps moving: Angier, Garner, FuQa, and even Johnston County.

., factors to consider when choosing a market: population growth/migration, landlord-friendly State/City, low property taxes, business-oriented policies, multiple job sectors (public, healthcare, finance, tech, etc.) new development, local attractions, high rental demand, etc.

In residential, agent migration is the issue with such taking hold.

I'm a software developer by trade but have been migrating over to a real estate investor in the last couple years.

The Southeast saw huge migration numbers too, which drove the lack of inventory even more.

The main problem is that not knowing what the US Congress will end up doing, you have no way to determine how long this will go on and how many more citizens will migrate to the states decreasing population and hence potential tenants.

I’ve been on BP for a while— I live in LA & my family is looking to migrate to Virginia to raise our kids.
