In my market, the medium/long term trend for RE values has always been upward, and the rental market has generally been strong, so it would have been great for my overall financial position to start early, and be aggressive.Also, relationships are huge in this industry, so get outside your comfort zone.

I'm looking for growth and I'm currently thinking it'd be great to do something like a 1031 exchange of the property as a down payment on a medium-sized apartment complex.Other alternatives include splitting up the lot into two separates and building a second house.Thanks for any advice and let me know your thoughts!

Recently, the company I work for -- a property management firm specializing in medium-sized multi-family complexes -- was approached by a representative from a large cable company.

Otherwise, my sweetspot price on Airbnb would fill it up eventually.I think as @Leigh Ann Smith found out, Craigslist is pretty good for getting that furnished medium-term traveling nurse crowd.
