The liberal judges I have faced recently with my Evictions that are coming to an end because I am selling most of my rentals, have said that my Three Day Notice was not served on the tenant when I personally served them and they tore it up in my face, shoved me backwards, spit in my face and started taking pictures in case I reacted so they could call the cops for assault.

They have excellent documents and they are well tested before many, many liberal California judges.

I am always learning something new and will never assume that I know it all.Yes, Massachusetts is a very liberal state, and VERY tenant friendly and the laws favor tenants in housing court.

The city has a reputation for liberal judges legislating from the bench and free legal offices ready to fight evil landlords.

We most definitely are liberal about wear and tear on D rentals. 

One potential starting point for this recovery is to address the influence of entrenched liberal ideologies and bureaucracy in city management and policy decisions.

High taxes, mismanagement of state, new water bill (AB 1668 and SB 606), water issues (drought,releasing of millions upon millions of gallons of water into ocean to protect Delta Smelt while human suffer the consequences), sanctuary issues, cost of living, just too liberal for us.. 

It's scary but it's also incredibly liberating.

Thankful I invested 10 years ago. as you know Oregon is  the Willamette valley Eugene to Portlandia ( liberal as heck) and then the rest of the state conservative as heck..
