About 30% of all inquiries I receive over Zillow are from fraudsters like stolen identities or fake employment paperwork, and good old classics likemy partner tried to apply over Zillow with a background check, but something is not working on Zillow website but you have my application this should be enough?

For my small size it seemed unnecessary and I didn't see the benefit in the small companies for a small time guy like myself.What I do is I can collect rent through Venmo (free), I have a tennant application embedded into my website (cognito forms...also free) I screen tennants through mysmartmove.com (Transunion's company gives you credit report, background, criminal, eviction etc. and tennant pays for the screening so also free.)

I also have property management companies run my properties as well.SituationGoing to close on a property in Minnesota, and upon looking into the rental licensing for this particular college town Saint Cloud I read some disturbing information which I couldn’t believe was real.It states in the application that if the owner lives 45 miles from Saint Cloud.
