If 10% of the $750 rent is going to property management, and property management covers the tenant interactions, then assume $75 is the minimum per unit for property management. 10% of $350 is only $35.

Whether they will admit it or not, people who want to interact with you will be negatively affected by a grammatically error filled profile.I'm not saying you should have the world's best write up, I'm just saying that it would be very beneficial if you didn't have any grammatical errors in your profile.
