Now let’s say I have the same situation – I can make the $100k downpayment and my income allows for the $2,000 monthly payments – BUT I have this condo hanging over my head.

I'm taking the license class coming up and will have to hang my license somewhere.

I have just about completed my classes to get my Real Estate License in Colorado and am on the hunt for a brokerage to hang my license with, and would appreciate some advice and see if anyone has suggestions on a brokerage that would be a good fit.Here is my background.

@Jack Mitcham  I answered your other threadyour thinking of RE in the 1960's.almost all markets have discount brokers were you hang your shingle and only pay by transaction.. or a monthly fee..

It takes some effort to set-up on your own, but once you get the hang of it - it is very powerful.
