As far as the picture...going to take care of that tonight after work and the gym

I know here in Hoboken, the brownstones and the smaller buildings with only 1 or 2 units are often preferred and more expensive, versus the brand new buildings with 20 units, an elevator and a gym. 

-To be financially free from all debt obligations -To be able to give/tithe freely and frequently-To be able to see all 30 MLB stadiums, open a gym, and start a Youth Church camp. 

As I was driving home from the gym I drove pass a bandit sign with the words "Investors  seeking students" with a number at the bottom and offering between 2k - 100k a year.

My friend is looking to open a gym and wants to rent a building for that purpose.

Anything else would be in person country clubs, gyms, small business owners churches and religious institutions charities pretty much any professsional person i meet i discuss investing because if theyre not accreditted they know someone who is

They cover so much information and it's easy to listen to at the gym or to and from work. 

Some of my military friends are actually coming out of pocket for gym memberships despite having facilities we can use for free with top-notch equipment. 

I was in gym class this morning.
