@Michael Cabaña, If your uncles AGI is something like $489K/yr then he falls in the 20% fed bracket + CA of 13.3, plus 3.8 ACA surcharge, plus a factor for depreciation which would be 25% and it could be close to 40% as a worse case.

The pictures were taken in the summer when the grass was super green, the grass is good in the front but not the  greatest in the back (still green and landscaped but some clovers have grown in place of the grass).
