It's the focus of most of our RE podcast content, including the featured episode this week, with @Chad Carson, and @Dave Meyer.Curious - why do you think that this wouldn't be allowed on BiggerPockets? 

What held me back were the details behind understanding the financing - both short term to acquire and long term to hold.

That being said, I think there might be an opportunity for this program to be expanded as the the politicians seem to finally be understanding that they need to do something to fix the lack of supply of new construction homes and I'm thinking this program may end up being a part of their solution.I've tried finding some real meat/details on the program but all I can seem to find is the broad strokes at a really high level. 

Also, and thoughts on how detailed our documentation of the time spent needs to be?

@Arron Paulino, its hard to give detailed advice, but here are a few thoughts:1.

Or its worse if the agent thinks they know some detail that again is not correct.. it puts you in an awkward position of arguing with the agent when the buyer is there.I had one a few months ago were the buyers were uber picky on one of my new builds I mean we go above and beyond and so they come for their walk through and start in again on I mean TINY things that no other inspector buyer would point out I mean somethings cosmetically are to industry standards and we are not painting the moa lisa..
