Does anybody do sheriff sales exclusively or in part, and if so how hard are they to make money.

The rarer bird on this forum is the investor who has chosen to be on the finance side, almost exclusively.

If it was done properly the Optionee (tenant buyer) has the exclusive right to buy, so you'd have to purchase the right from them.Sounds like a mess.
