You're all excited about certain properties and they get pulled/paid/delayed and not available for sale on auction day. 

Yes for now our area seems to be pretty lax when it comes to regulations and hope it continues, as I've been here 15+ years and seen all the growth and exciting changes to the area because of the investments! 

I am very excited to have a team help my family to achieve financial freedom.
