Have you looked on your local REIA websites to see what lenders sponsor the monthly events?

A KOA campground we are not.

A great way to start is by attending RE events and joining a local investors association.

We are real estate rookies based in the beautiful Seacoast area of New Hampshire.

We are seeing that with investors in Norada, David Zook ATM investments and others are posting on forums like BP and reddit and creating private groups to try and stir the pot and get actions taken.

Basically we are looking to reduce our risk and if it defaults understand we would be coming after everything and anything.

Overall, this is the service we are using now and are decently happy with it.
