Just know what your needs are before you dive in.

Also the more people you tell what you do the more deals you will see, for every 20 I get really only 1-2 are worth a deep dive! 

Welcome and congrats on making the decision to dive in, particularly in Iowa! 

Also, since there is a huge gap in the industry in teaching people how to understand development and the different options we've launched an education arm to help bridge that gap so it's not just the "big guys" with deep pockets that can be a developer.

Kind of a dive in a not so great location but paid what I considered alot of money because there were no other options.

And you can have up to 11 of those loans under your name. so the process is repeatable as long as you follow the guidelines. im not saying its the best option, but im saying its a viable option, and what annoys me most is when I see so much misinformation posted about it anywhere. the reason I created my YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram communities around the topics was because I saw how many times people were posting here asking questions about the 203k and were getting the wrong answers or mislead constantly by people with no deep & hands on experience with the program. 

So you have investors with half a brain and deep pockets pricing out savvy investors.  

Does anyone know the area to help me truly dive into the appreciation for the property to see if this is worth it?
