Hello Everyone,When looking at pictures of a home, how do you go about estimating what the cost of the rehab would amount to?

I used to try and limit the customer's time talking with me on the jobsite....I pointed out to them that jobsite progress slowed down when they showed up, and started chatting with everyone, and that the project completion date was going to be pushed back.

Is there a picture or anything like that? 

Based on my calculations and preliminary research, I have found that the Bay Area offers good returns from developing land, although acquiring level land and obtaining permits can be challenging.I have a few questions:1) Is it recommended to purchase a complete house plan from online sources like ePlans or similar websites and then customize the architectural design before submitting it to the municipality?

Take pictures of all damages and send them a record of all damages and deductions from security deposit.  

The current one provided a phone picture she took of the bank statements and she's 20.

Have them take pictures once a week for progress.Also BRRRR I think is pretty tough in most areas now. 

I would also check Zillow so you can scroll through pictures and see what the conditions of each unit being advertised are.

There is a significant difference in rehab costs between those generations: anything pre-WW2 was custom built on site.
