It seems nothing has been decided yet, but I'd be happy to reserve a spot at the usual place in Yokohama, or even try to find something closer to the Tokyo area if that works better. 

I would be in a good spot with equity, but my instinct is that I should hold on to the property.

There is a spot where it will tell you whether they are collecting an remitting for you.

I know my strengths: deal finding, spotting potential, bringing people together.

In Shasta county, your only allowed one STR per parcel, no ADU’s RV spots etcc.. 

Your post is spot on for where the STR market is for majority of the country.
