I forget who is responsible for the Whole Foods on Baltimore Ave but there are more cookie cutter townhomes popping up behind the Whole Foods and all the other new establishments over there in that shopping center.

When we first set them up, my idea was to bake cakes, cookies, balloons, or just something completely over the top.  

They are used to the cookie-cutter 4BR $200,000 retail purchases in Carmel, and won't understand your POV as an investor.

Sometimes developers just hit a home run with the look and feel with build out of a community.I can't stand the cookie cutter box subdivisions without personality and you roast to death because the builder is to cheap to put in mature trees for shading.
