I've also seen other comments on here, and heard BP podcast interviewees state that there are similar ROI (although possibly more expensive) opportunities in the suburban areas on the west coast, perhaps 20, 50 or 100 miles from the main city centers where property values have reached black hole space age epic astronomical proportions
