Pay attention to gentrification projects, housing growth and appreciation, job growth, and economic growth, etc. i.e Are any big companies planning to build or shut down near by?

MAGA will most likely throw off more government restrictions and further limit immigration that takes US jobs.The economy (jobs) has stumbled not died, and it will get back up--people just need to be able to eat until then.Most (but not all) people have some safety net, friends family, church efforts, etc...America can handle this.

Where I live the eviction process and all non-essential services are shut down.

A lot of businesses may be shut down but hospitals are still operating!!

Out of 360 rentals, we have 15 empty but three of those already have applications on them.That may change if COVID-19 keeps us shut down for more than a couple weeks.

Im not in California but here in Michigan all evictions have been shut down unless there is excessive damage or an immediate health hazard.
