I'd probably give more weight to their income and job stability (have they been at the same job a while, or do they bounce around?)

Not sure if most realize this either, you can even bounce between the VA Home Loan and the FHA Home Loan.

I learned so much and made contacts that I can bounce ideas off of.

Pet fees, covered/reserved parking, guest amenity access, gym classes, advertising in newsletters to residents, sponsored events on site (ice cream, bounce house by a law firm, etc.)

Eventually you'll build up a network of like-minded investors who you can bounce ideas off of.

But light does bounce off the white building and at certain times in the day the light peeps in from overhead.  

All that to be said...I'm in San Antonio and if you want to grab coffee or lunch or something and need someone to bounce ideas off of let me know.

I have support and a great investment minded agent back in DC who I have been bouncing all my ideas and potential properties off of for his opinion.

Several reasons I suppose... watching tax deferred plans (SP 500) bounce around, RE seemed easier to create spread / leverage/ arbitrage,  Simple & forgiving over time and just not liking my full time job. 

Like you, I'm in the process of figuring how to leverage my talents in this arena and would love to bounce around some thoughts and ideas.
