Generally, only 1 or 2 years of  business and personal tax returns (depends on how long your business has been around) should be the only additional docs needed for most self employed vs W-2 wage earners.and the items mentioned above are not relevant for a qualified borrowers (and some are down right incorrect).

Doing a $50K renovation might take you months, which would mean even more holding expense.And, the same problem you mention also applies in the DIY scenario: What if you take months to make $50K in renovations and then still don't get the offer you need?

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.
