I just want to get started and I find myself overwhelmed, and a bit nervous as I'm doing this based on what I've read in books or watched on YT also just scrolling on Zillow or other similar apps, I get discouraged as I feel Ive missed all the good deals (if that makes any sense).  

I know this is the wrong forum but this iPad won't allow me to scroll down to the proper one.  

@Jill DeWit, When I scroll to the bottom of the list source build list page, I noticed that core logic is the company that actually "runs" list source.

They might actually hear you out rather than scroll through rules and regulations and tell you why they can't work with you.

Go to Network and scroll down to find members.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll find the categories.

That is completely the wrong message.3) No distractions, don't try to sell your self above the fold (the part of the website you see when you land on it without scrolling down).

If you scroll down in front of the search box and select "people" type in Minnesota and hit search.

@Steven Lanahan Steven-  I'm not sure why I never saw your post several months back regarding my 5-unit property I had for sale, but I'm just realizing now scrolling through some of my old posts here on BiggerPockets.
